Refund policy

Every item is made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart before you order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, email contact@tetleytees.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll send a replacement or refund your order.

If your order doesn’t arrive, email us and we’ll look into it.
